Kristine B. Rand, M.S.W., R.D.

Kristine received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Virginia Tech and her Masters of Social Work at Norfolk State.  She is currently working towards licensure as a therapist (LCSW).  She is a member of Sports Nutrition, Eating Disorders, and Women's Health practice groups.

She has been published in local newspapers and national newsletters.  She speaks locally on women's health topics and received the Jefferson Award for her community involvement.

Her unique approach to adolescent and women's health incorporates dietary advice with lifestyle and behavior modification, body image counseling as well as nutritional, dietary and body fat assessments.
