Lane S. Raker, WHNP

Lane has over 25 years experience in women's health.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.  She has a Masters of Science in Maternal Child Nursing then completed the Obstetrical and Gynecological program at Virginia Commonwealth University.  She is board certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of Sigma Theta Tace Honor Society and Gamma Omega National Honor Society of Nursing.

Lane has been a mentor for family, women and pediatric nurse practitioner programs at area universities.  She has served as a guest lecturer and authored health educational and well woman care booklets.

Lane has a special interest in contraception management, including IUD and  implanon insertions, as well as sexual dysfunction, perimenopause, menopause, vulvar pain and adolescent health care.
