Dr. Rand has been providing health care for the women of Tidewater, Virginia, for over 27 years. He is a member of several professional medical societies, speaks regularly on current health topics for women, and has done research on fibroid treatments, hormone therapy, and incontinence. He has performed over 1,000 operations for bladder control using the most up to date treatments. He also offers office ablations for the treatment of fibroids and prolonged or painful periods. He has been published in Drug Therapies in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of OB/Gyn.
He has a special interest in the treatments of infertility, bladder testing and incontinence treatments using medications, therapy and surgery (urogynecology). He also specializes in the management of post menopausal symptoms.
