Most pharmacies fax the information to us for refills or call the doctor's office for approval when refills are no longer available.  Calling your pharmacy first may save time and effort.

We also have prescription refill available on our website you may use at your convenience.  If you must call and leave a refill on voicemail, please be aware there will be a 24 hour turnaround time for filling.  We need your name, spelling it clearly, your date of birth and social security number, your medication, spelling it as well and dosage you are taking, the pharmacy name and phone number.  All of this information should be on your current medication.
