Please call between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. as early as possible.  If you are calling concerning a problem and need to be seen, please make the appointment with the front desk and do not leave urgent messages on voice mail..  Our nurses return calls during the day as soon as possible.  They are usually working with our practitioners with patients so please be patient.  It may be necessary to consult with the practitioners regarding your care and instructions before we are able to return your call. 

When you leave a message for any of the staff, please speak clearly, spelling your name and give some identifying information such as date of birth or social security number.  We have some patients with the same names.  Also please leave a callback number where you can be reached between the hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm in case there are further questions, or we determine you need an appointment.
